Eligibility for GATE exam? What are the categories in M.Tech?


please tell me the eligibility for the gate exam and what are the categories in the m.tech. and how to ph.d

Hello

GATE exam is conducted once a year in the month of February, for admission to IITs and NITs for mtech courses, the eligibility for GATE is:-

Eligibility:-

>> Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy and you should be in final year.

>>Any Mtech student can also write, for this exam, if they want an improvement in their score.

>>The score is valid for two years.

>>Those coming from professional societies recognised by UPSC/AICTE as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech like AMIE are also eligible.


There is no number of attempts that you can try for this exam, you can do any number of attempts.
