We are still awaiting for B.sc third year's result ,are we eligible for this IFS 's exam, 2011??

IFS (Indian Forest Service) examination are conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).

Eligibility criteria for UPSC IFS exam are as follows: -

1. Pass graduation / Bachelor’s degree in any subject or in any engineering stream or equivqlent from a recognised institute / university.

2. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

3. Nationality - Indian

NOTE: - Final year appearing candidates can also apply.

Eligibility Condition

A candidate must have attend the age of 21 years and must not have attend the age
of 30 years.

Indian Forest service examination is conducted every year by the UPSC.
This year this examination is going to be conducted on 09.07.2011
The duration of examination is 10 days.
The eligibility criteria required for this examination is given below.

similar to the other service exam Indian forest service exam is also conducted by the union public service commission. The eligibility required for the post involves
1. The aspirant should have completed bachelor degree. The various discipline in which the degree can be obtained are animal husbandry, agriculture, mathematics, botany, zoology, chemistry, physics, statistics, geology, forestry or veterinary science from a recognised university.
2. The minimum age required is 21. The aspirant can apply upto a age of 30. The relaxation for the age limit is 33 for bc, mbc aspirant and 35 for sc and st aspirants.
3. The aspirants are eligible to attempt only a limited number of times maximum of 4 times for general category, 7 times for bc, mbc aspirant. There is no restriction for the number of attempts for sc and st aspirants.
Being a competitive and service exam the number of aspirants applying for the exam is more. So a good preparation is necessary

2.Candidates age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

3.Candidate must be physically fit.

4.candidate should be a citizen of India.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.
As you are saying that you are waiting for the result to come then you can appear in the exam.

But , if you get qualify in that exam then when you go for the interview , they can ask you for the final year result..
So, try to get your complete result as quick as possible..
