Sorry, you are not eligible for doing PG course in librarian science after completing M.Com.

The eligibility for Master in librarian science(M.Lib sc) is that the Candidate Should Have Passed Graduation in Bachelor in Librarian science(B Lib Sc) / Bachelor in Library and information science(BLIS).

But if you are very much interested in doing a course in librarian science than you can pursue B.Lib sc. Eligibility criteria is Graduate in any discipline from recognized University.
