First thing to be noted that BITS Dubai considered the english marks for admissions in undergraduate courses for which you have to be passed your 12th board examinations with Physics,Chemistry and Maths as an important main Subjects.Since,English is the medium of instruction, good proficiency in English is essential for admission. Hence, candidates who have completed their qualifying examination from Non-English medium schools must have secured a TOEFL Score of 500 in paper based test or 61 in internet based test or have an IELTS Score of 5. If necessary, they will also be assessed by a committee for English comprehension.
Note that its for those candidates who are from Non-English medium they generally have low level of english knowledge and especially from the primary onwards their papers are of L.L.E - Low Level of English since due to which they may have problem ahead and beside this they will belong to abroad for which English is basic language.
