sir i want to take admission in military engineering college,n what is procedure of it,there is entrance exam or not and what is cutoff of that colleges.

For any college if that is government or private you need to give entrance exams like IIT and others based on your state.
and we can't find out which state are you talking about but you need to give entrance exam anyhow for good college.
and cutoff marks vary every year it can't be tell before the declaration of the result.
