please guide me with the fee structure for b.com course and the cutt off marks

Colleges/universities charge different fees for B.Com courses. Fees normally depends on the infrastructure, state-of-the-art facilities provided and the quality of faculty members.
You will have to mention the name of the institution to know about the fees structure.

Though for your reference you should know that it might range from Rs. 5000- Rs. 100000 per year, depending upon whether it is government or private college/university. government colleges have lesser fees compared to private ones.

Minimum cut-off marks will also differ accordingly from 40%-65% aggregate marks in class 12 or equivalent from a recognized school/board.
