Sir i am b.com 3year appeared student. I want know about icsi course fee structure?

Dear friend,

Fee structure for ICSI course:

*Need to spend Rs 3600 for the foundation course

*For executive programme commerce student have to pay Rs7000.

*For executive programme non commerce student have to pay Rs 7750.

i have pass my graduation on 2011.
and my question is that there have any % of mark sheet?then i will applied or not?
and how to apply and when and how ? and how much do i pay for this cource.

IF i faild in any of the subject in final year by mistake what will be my future?

i am doing b.com in distance education. I am non commerce student at 2.can i do the course and what is the procedure for joining the course?what does this course based on?
