West Bengal conducts WB JELET Entrance Exam for the admission Lateral Entry in 2nd year In Engineering & Pharmacy.

Eligibility

For Engineering Lateral Entry
You must have passed Diploma in Engineering/B.sc course from recognized university

For Pharmacy Lateral Entry
You must have passed Diploma In Pharmacy from recognized university from recognized university.

Fees Structure
- WB JET Application Fees : Rs.500/-
- After getting admission , You have to pay fees for the course.Generally , Tution Fees is Rs.35,000/- to Rs.45,000/- per semester.Extra Diposits , Library Fees , Exam Fees , Hostel Fees are payable extra.


Important Dates
- Start Online Application : 14/05/2015
- Last Date to Apply : 29/05/2015
- Admit-Card Downloads : 11/06/2015
- WB JELET Exam : 21/06/2015

As per Government order dated 03/07/15 Kolkata, issued by the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, B.Tech lateral students selected for admission in Academy of Technology thorough JELET should pay the following fees and deposit at the time of admission by cash of demand draft in favour of Academy Of Technology, payable at Kolkata.

Fee payable at the time of admission

TUITION FEES & DEPOSITS*

Admission Fees (for first enrollment only) : Rs.5,000.00

Admission Kit & Identity Card (for first enrollment only) : Rs.2,000.00

Tuition Fees : Rs.37,500.00

Library Fees [Book Bank, Journals & Digital Library (one time)] :Rs.3,000.00

Student Welfare & Games & Sports Fees (one time):Rs. 3,000.00

Caution Deposit (Refundable) : Rs. 10,000.00

Total fees & deposit payable at the time of admission : Rs 60,500.00/-

Tuition Fees payable per Semester:

Tuition Fees payable at 4th semester (to be paid by 20th Dec): Rs.37,500.00

Tuition Fees payable at 5th semester (to be paid by 10th June): Rs.38,000.00

Tuition Fees payable at 6th semester (to be paid by 20th Dec): Rs.38,000.00

Tuition Fees payable at 7th semester (to be paid by 10th June): Rs.39,000.00

Tuition Fees payable at 8th semester (to be paid by 20th Dec): Rs.39,000.00

Yes, you can apply for bank loan for education purpose. But for loan condition/norms you need to visit your near by Bank and get the details and procedure for applying for the same.
