In your query, you have neither mentioned anything about you interest and expertise in a particular field, nor you have mentioned about your performance in the examinations, which might give us an idea about your strengths and weaknesses.
In the present scenario, well qualified candidates from any stream are able to make a great career as there is immense opportunity for qualified individuals from any stream. So, basically all you need to do is to make a goal and follow it by working as hard as you can. Until and unless you don't have a goal in your life, it will be very difficult to choose your career. Make sure what are your strengths and what are your drawbacks. Instead of working on you weaknesses, try to sharpen your strengths. Try to be the best in whatever field you like to be and success itself will follow you up.

After passing 10th standard you are to choose field/stream as per your personal ambition.
You can choose Science,Arts,Commerce stream.If you are interested for engineering then
choose PCM(Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics)If you are interested for medical then choose PCB(Physics,Chemistry,Biology).Last of all if are interested for ICWA/CA/CS/MBA/BBA then
choose commerce stream.
