According to you which field should i choose After 10th i am confused

there are lot of choices
basically it depends on your interest..........
if you are interested in science stream then you can go for
Medical i.e., M.B.B.S,B.D.S, etc..
Non-Medical i.e., B.TECH,B.SC,B.C.A,B.A,etc...
but if you do not want to be in science stream,then you can go for
COMMERCE i.e., B.COM ETC....
ARTS
or you can go for
FASHION DESIGNING
BANK CLERKS by giving bank exam

After passing 10th if you want good job then you have to pass at least 12th class.

You have 3 option after passing 10th in which you have to select any one and pass 11th and 12th:-
> Arts
> Commerce
> Science
etc

1.if you are interested in science than you can go for mbbs,bsc,msc.

2.if you are interested in commerce than you can go for bcom,ca,cs.

3.if you are interested in art than you can go for ba,fashion desgn.
