i'm final year b.tech student. Am i eligible for group 2 exam?

According to the eligibility criteria

Final year students can also apply for the Group exams.

So you are eligible for it. All you have to do is to submit few certificates like Character Certificate, fitness certificate etc

If you are in final year of Btech then you are 100% eligible for the Group II exam...keep all your original certificate till current semester and other certificate pretending to the eligibility criteria ready...make require during registration...
