IES Stands for Indian Engineering Service examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year.

If you have completed Engineering course from below given department then you are applicable for IES Exam .

1.Civil Engineering
2.Electrical Engineering
3.Mechanical engineering.
4.Electronics and Communication Engineering.

If you have M.Sc degree in Physics , Radio Physics then you are applicable for IES exam.Final year student also eligible for IES exam .

You are from B-Tech in ECE final year so you are applicable for IES Exam.

The applicant age should between 21 yrs to 30 yrs.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC candidate.

c) Your age should be in between 21-30 years.

d) You do not have any pending backlogs.

Nice to see your interest in the IES field. IES stand for the Indian Engineering Services. IES examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) once in every year. Here i give you the details eligibility criteria for the IES Entrance examination.

Eligibility Criteria for IES Examination.
--> Degree in the Engineering. Final year student can also appear in the IES Examination.
--> The age must be between 21 to 30 years at the time of entrance examination.

Eligible Branch : Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical. The Computer Science and Information Technology branch is not eligible.

Hai, you are final year student in ECE branch. You want to write IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam. Your are eligible to write IES exam. And eligibility details about IES are:-
1.Candidate should be citizen of India,Nepal, Bhutan.
2. ECE, EEE, Mechanical, civil students are eligible to write IES and should not have any draw backs. CSE and IT students are not eligible.
3. M.Sc degree holders in physics or Radio physics are also eligible.
4.Final year students are also eligible to write IES .
