Future prospects in terms of Growth and exposure for a fresh employee in HSBC GLT?

my name is Y.Sumanth in my final sem of B.Tech IT, and i got placed in HSBC GLT cud u guyz plz tell about the growth and the chance to learn new technologies? or it is better to go for a s/w comp like Accenture , CTS etc |

Stay with HSBC.. growth prospects are good, at lest dont leave for accenture cts etc.
you will learn a lot, HSBC has huge groth plans and prospects... India is a primary maket for them... you will get more responsibility and better pay if you demonstrate quality and zeal... learn things on your own faster than others.
