hi! i am a B.com graduate and willing to do post graduate diploma in mass communication.I've searched for almost all top colleges but the admissions are closed in them.I want to know whether the Garware institute of mumbai a good college for mass communication or not?how bout it's placements?

Garware institute of mumbai is one the best college for mass communication the duration period is of 1 year fulltime and you must be graduate in any disipline..

Garware institute of Mumbai is not the best of the institutes but yes, it is a good institute to pursue mass communication. It is affiliated to University of Mumbai and is AICTE approved.

If you look at colleges like MICA, then this may not be the best course in mass communication. But in Mumbai, this is definitely one of the better colleges. Mass communucation gives lot of opportunities in corporate marketing, media relations and PRO activities of corporates, government bodies and other large enterprises. You could also land yourself in mass media.

I think it is one of the best college in Mumbai with good Placement facilities. You can well apply for that. Please seek the information of the coolege authorities about the admission procedures.But before that you should qualify the entrance exam.

how about the film & TV presentation course conducted by Garware institute in mumbai.What is the difference in between film&tv presentation and Film& TV production course?Is that a full time or part time course?how is the placement?

Garware institute of mumbai is not a good institute because this institute not providing good educational facilities for student & the course fee is not affordable

Hi friends, now i m totally confused about Garware Institute good or bad for Journalism and mass media course, can anybody pls tell me exact answer about there is any Good journalism collage in Mumbai for Middle Class students......... pls it's urgent

Guys I scored 60 percentile in enterance exam and since garware is near to my home i choosed this DHA learning center.Rather saying which institute is best i will share my personal experience.I got admission in garware institute (PGDHA) and literally speaking i thought i was cheated from the first day.No one is serious over here in case of studies.Teacher boo... it`s really a shame to say these guys as teacher.If you are from Engg/ Medical. background you will feel the same.Most embarssing was we were sharing labrary.At least two applied for change go to Tata institute and just today (12/10/10) i got change that to after 2 months of hospital administration.
My personal advice if you got less mark in TIS enterance exam try next exam but don`t come to Garware institute.Every one will cheat.And mind you if any person with name starting with "S" in this institute don`t believe him at all.....I' m surprised to see this institute oppurtuinity as hospital administraition center.No faculties nor facilitites full waste of money......this is the condition of PGDHA batch Aug 2011.
im just meet last year student they very upset and sad.at now they are not get any job.at now they change the field and they doing MBA in Marketing.their condition in 2010 and 2009 batch.

Is School Of broadcasting & journalism,Mumbai a good college for mass communication?I went from Ahmedabad to Mumbai for the entrance test & find only 3 students turning up for the entrance exam.Moreover,the campus is a part of andhakshi ashram in Andheri.I have got the admission there but have severe doubts now.Kindly help me
