i want to know that after bca mba is good for a girl or not or if it is good than wht HR department scope?

Yes MBA is a very good options after BCA if you are interested. MBA is good not only for girls but also boys have very good scope after MBA. MBA is totally management study. After passing MBA from a good institution it is very much easy to get a good job. As you are interested in MBA then after completion of your BCA appear in MBA entrance examination like CAT, MAT etc. If you can clear any MBA entrance examination then take admission in a good MBA institution as per your entrance examination score.

There are so many department in MBA like MBA in HR, MBA in Finance, MBA in IT management and many more. As you mentioned HR department then I think you are interested in HR. Then surely you may take admission in MBA in HR. HR is very good for girls candidates. There are so many private organization which recruit MBA HR candidates.If you can complete MBA from a reputed institution then you will get job from institution campus recruitment program.

As you have done BCA in your graduation then you can also take admission in MBA IT management. It is related to somehow computer application field. So it will be more easy for you to study MBA IT after studying BCA. If you are strong in english communication then as a girl HR will be the best for you.

For MBA any graduates passed from a recognized university with any stream, are eligible to take admission. You are also eligible to take admission in MBA after your BCA. You will get very good salary after MBA depending on the institution from where you will complete your MBA and also on the organization where you will join.

According to me mca is good for u because in mba u dont have a good oppertunity u just chose HR mba i tottaly for market feild and after mca u take job in companys not in feild

MBA is a very good carrier option and are widely explored. As you said you wanted it in HR. But in MBA hr mostly you will have to deal with the field works. As for my suggestion you should go for Mca as you have also done your bca so it will be good to do mca.
There are plenty of good jobs available for mca candidates. You will get the job in the companies and your job will be little stressless and as you asked being a girl it will be good for you.
