The basic qualification that is required for a candidate to join the course in SCM is a pass in class 12. The certification must be from a recognized University or Institution. An additional Master’s degree in business management is needed for pursuing a career in supply chain management.

Candidates who wish to become Supply Chain Managers should have good leadership skills as well as communication skills. They must have the innate capacity to work under pressure.
