Having deformation in teeth and nose will I be considered Physically Handicapped? Am I eligible for UPSC exam?


I had cleft palate when I was born. I got my operation but still I have some deformation in my teeth and nose. Am I eligible to apply for upsc exam. Secondly, will I come under the physically handicapped category?
