You have to apply for the UKSEE(Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination) exam to get admission to B.Tech lateral entry in various Uttarakhand technical colleges.

The eligibility to apply for this exam is that a candidate must have a diploma in engineering or BSc with Mathematics from a recognized institute with at least 60% aggregate marks.

The application forms will be available from the designates post offices in various Uttarakhand cities.

there are many good colleges in uttrakhand by i am sure that you are eligible to get admission in the following colleges depending on your diploma degree,
1.DEHRADUN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
2.DEV BHOOMI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS

what are syllabus of uksee intrance exam after diploma?

Diploma is enough to get admission in any college who has LATERAL ENTRY FACILITY for doing B.tech ..

for IIT , it doesn't have any LATERAL entry facility but AIEEE colleges has...the same.
Either you can do specialization in your subject with institutes like NIIT, GNIIT etc..
It will make your career boost up...
Else you can even try for many government jobs..

The best exam regarding lateral entry is Joint Entrance Examination of Lateral Entry(JELET).
