I am persuing my MBA in finance from IGNOU and want to apply for NET exams thereafter.What will be my syllabus for it .Also assist me with some sample papers and the books which i should refer.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test.

UGC conduct this examination twice in a year.

This examination is conducted for the Junior Research Fellowship and Lecturer ship.


Minimum Eligibility For applying in NET examination

• Post Graduate degree in any discipline from recognized university
• 55% marks in Post Graduation.

Age limit

For Lecturer ship - There is no age limit to apply for Lecturer ship.


You are doing MBA in finance from IGNOU.

IGNOU provides degree for MBA course and if you score 55% marks in your MBA than you are eligible to sit for this examination.

The exam consist three papers

Syllabus

Paper I
---------------General knowledge
---------------Current affairs
---------------Aptitude and reasoning
(It is 100 marks and a objective type paper).
Paper II
---------------Core subjects
(it carries 100 marks)
Paper III
--------------Selected core subjects
(It carries 200 marks)
