Just qualifying in the University Grants Commission National Eligibility does not ensure job. It makes you eligible to apply for any recruitment of post of lecturer in government colleges.

As you have qualified NET exam, you are eligible for recruitment lecturers which will be released in coming time. You need to apply for recruitment test then if you clear written test, there is personal interview. After qualifying both stages, you will become eligible to join as a lecturer in government college.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
