BSNL carries out a written test, which is an all India level entrance test as to select candidates for the JTO. Students should be from the engineering background as to appear in this recruitment process. This exam is held as and when the vacancy comes up in the BSNL department. Candidates can apply to this exam when the notification is published in the official website.
