each and every year the exams of lic ado ( life insurance corporation of india , assistant development officer ) is not takes place. this year 2019 it occurred and the form fillup already happened.
so you have to notice all the time when the recruitment notification posted on sites. and direct development officer can not be possible it is not a direct post , a promotional post from ADO to DO
