You can choose the subject in sense of your strength .

EXAM DATE FOR CSAT EXAM:-

Civil Services Preliminary Exam, 2012
Date of notification: 04-02-2012
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 05-03-2012
Date of Exam: 20-05-2012
Civil Services Main Exam, 2012
Date of Commencement of Exam: 05-10-2012

IAS exam criteria:-


*Candidate pass Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

*Age- 21 to 30 years

3 years relaxation for OBC candidates
5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

IAS-INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE, to become an IAS officer is almost a dream achievement for most aspiring candidate for which one has to appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years which the upper age relaxed for SC?ST?PH candidate up to 5 years and for OBC up to 3 years.

The selection is through three phases:-

CSAT-Cvil Service Aptitude Test-Preliminary Exam comprises of all objective type questions.

Civil Service Main Exam comprises of subjective type questions as prescribed from the Syllabus by the UPSC.
