I want to become a bank manager and I am in class 12 with maths sir plz tell me about what to do after class 12 for becoming a bank manager

You cannot become "Bank Manager" with 12th class educational qualification alone. Bank Manager cadre is greater than other posts such as Clerk, Probationary Officer (PO)/ Management Trainee (MT)/ Specialist Officer (SO)/ Assistant Manager. So you cannot become Bank Manager directly after 12th class. You are required to start with applying for Clerical cadre exams or Probationary Officers (PO) exams, then you can achieve Bank Manager post later.

I suggest you to apply for Bank examinations conducted by IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection), SBI (State Bank of India) and some other private bank examinations. IBPS and SBI conduct major bank recruitments for Clerk, PO/ MT, SO, Manager posts.

The basic educational qualification required is "GRADUATION" Or (Bachelor Degree) in any stream. Since you are still pursuing 12th class, you are not eligible to apply for any of these bank recruitments. So I strongly suggest you to complete Graduation first, and meanwhile start preparation during Graduation. You can then apply for PO position, and based on working experience and performance you will be promoted to "BANK MANAGER" post.

I am a 12th passed student what should I do next sir to be bank manager?

You can not become branch manager after 12th class. There are steps which you must complete before reaching there. First of all complete graduation with more than 60% then apply for either Clerk or Probationary officer post. Hi are you good in mathematics
If so you should go for Acet(actuarial common entrance test) it's a good opportunity to get a job in bank or insurance company
Otherwise you have to do graduation and than clear your P.o. exam
