How to become an Eye Specialist Doctor being a BSc(Optometry) student?


Hi friends, I want to become an Eye Specialist Doctor. Currently, I am studying in BSc with Optometry course. I would like to know that how I can become such specialist doctor after completing my BSc with this stream?

MBBS degree is required to become an opthalmologist followed by a post graduate degree in Opthalmology.
The degrees available include
MD
MS
DOMS
A Junior Residency at a Medical College is utilized for concurrent training and work experience which is known as internship , under the supervision of professional academics .
Further professional experience , such as Fellowship, registrarship and senior residentship sharpens the skill of eye surgeon.
