Re: What's the Criteria and minimum Percentage requirement (10th and 12th) to become Eye Specialist Doctor?
Hi dear..
There's no hard and fast rule to get so and so Percentage but as you want to become eye specialist, you must have these with you :- 1) You have to take Science in 11th and 12th . (Getting Science easily in any school requires atleast 80% --->> CGPA 8.6 ) (although their is an official criteria for 60 % but this won't work) 2) You have to study hard in 11th and 12th and have to take these subjects in Science Stream :- a) Physics, Maths (Compulsory) b) Chemistry (To Carry your studies for higher knowledge in medicine) c) Biology (Every doctor needs it . You have to know about your eyes and how to operate on it) Now let us assume you have passed your +2 (You need to score at least 80- 85 % ) You have to appear for various competitive exams to get in the college and course you want to. ( To participate in any competitive exam student must get at least 60% ) So Here is a list of those exams you have to appear for :- All India pre medical test,AFMC and state joint entrance examination. Besides these few others are listed below :- Uttarakhand Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination BLDEUGET 2012, B.M Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Centre Medical Entrance Test Annamalai University Medical Entrance Test St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences MBBS Entrance Test All India Pre Medical/pre dental Entrance Examinations, CBSE, AIPMT, 2012 Guru Gobind Singh Indra Prastha University MBBS Entrance Exam 2012, GGSIP MBBS CET, 010 UPCPMT 2012 I advice you to give GGSIPU and AIIMS and AFMC for sure , others you can take as a choice All the very best and have a haapy future ahead.. |

---Math is not compulsory in the way of becoming a eye specialist in future term.
--You must passed 12th with minimum of 50-60%Mark's Mark's and apply for the course of MBBS. --If you are intrested to get admission in the top most university/colleges then you should crack the entrance exam namely as NEET. |
