I want to become a succeful incometaxofficer after 12 class can i get any job in this department.

To become an income tax officer you need to be a graduate.
Age should be between 18-27 years
The graduation can be done in any subject from any recognized university.
Then you have to give an exam conducted by ssc.
If you get the required marks then you will be asked to go for the personal interview.

INCOME TAX OFFICER exam is generally conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Its a great opportunity for you that your examination is going to be held in the month of April and notification generally come in February or march so well prepare for it..

1.)ELIGIBLITY

1.Qualification:

a)you should have any degree of a recognized University, or equivalent.
as you have done graduation in B.Com ,so you are positively eligible.

2.Age:

a:Your age should not be not less than 18 yers and not greater than 27 years on the first July of the year of examination

b) The age limit for the posts of Inspector of Income Tax, is 18-27 years as on March 2011

2.)Physical Standards (Minimum)

a)Height :157.5cm
b)Chest :81cm ,fully expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cm
c)Physical Test:
i)Walking:1600 meters in 15 minutes
ii)Cycling:8 Km in 30 minutes

Income Tax Officer Exam is conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to recruit the Income Tax Officer.

Educational Qualification: Those candidates have completed graduation degree from recognized university are eligible for INCOME TAX OFFICER Exam.

Age: Between 18 years to 27 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

The examination is conduct two ways
(i) Written examination
(ii) Interview for Personality Test for such candidates as may qualify in the written test.


THE PHYSICAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

Height :157.5cm

The other Ground Work is -

No, after completion of 12th standard you are not eligible for INCOME TAX officer, but after completion of your graduation you are eligible for income tax officer.

Income tax officer exam is conducted by the SSC(Staff Selection Commisson), For this you have to apply CGPE(Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam).

Eligibility criteria:

The candidate should be complete graduation in any stream from a recognised university.

Final year candidates are also eligible.

The candidate should be a citizen of india.

Age criteria:

For general candidates 21 years to 30 years,

For OBC candidates 21 years to 33 years,

For SC/ST candidates 21 years to 35 years,

For PH candidates 21 years to 40 years.


Selection procedure:

Preliminary exam,

Mains exam,

Personal interview.

If you have completed 12th class, you can join Income tax department but only on a junior scale. Constable position is apt for 12th class qualified in this department. To become an income tax officer, graduation is a must. Also you need to attend SSC exam for getting selected in to this post. If you are able to clear this exam, you will have to also attend physical test and personal interview.

HOW TO BECOME AN INCOME TAX OFFICER IN INDIA

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION -

to become an income tax officer you have to hold a bachelors degree in any stream.

AGE

18 - 26 on 1st july on the year of examination.

PROCESS ~

for becoming an ito you have to undergo from 3 exams.

A. Preliminary examination

in the month of may or june the candidate have to give this exam

paper consist of 2 parts

1.general awareness -

no. of questions - 100

marks - 100

time 2 hrs

2. Arithmetic -

no of question - 100

marks - 100

time - 2hrs

B. Main exam

the candidate who will be qualified are called or the main exam,these exam consist of 2 parts.

1. Written examination

consist of 5 subjects

language - 100 marks , 2 hr . 20 min

arithmetic - 200 marks , 4 hr

communication skill and writing - 200 marks , 2 hr. 20 min

english - 100 marks , 2hr 20 min

general studies - 200 marks , 3 hrs.

2. Personel interview

candidates are tested their mental and personel ability.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for the INCOME TAX OFFICER exam after completion of your 12th standard the minimum qualification required for this exam is graduation from a recognized university of india.

This exam is conducted by the SSC once a year.

Well sorry to say that you can't become a income tax inspector just after completing your 12th as for the income tax inspector post the minimum qualification required is graduation so first you need a graduation degree must and than only you can become a income tax inspector.

For this post you have to write the staff selection commission exam as ssc is recruiting jobs for the income tax department and you have to write the ssc common graduate level exam for it and under this exam this post comes and you will get it on the merit basis.

Qualifications Required for the SSC CGL :

-The Candidate should be pass in the graduation degree

-The Final year candidates can also appear in the exam

-Just need a pass % marks in the graduation

Age :

-It should be between 18-27

-For the obc it should be 18-30

-For the sc,st it should be 18-32

Attempts :
