i have done b.tech [it] with 65% from distance mode , from deemeduniversty.now i wanna to a lecturers in engineering coolege. i am working in private it comany.what should i do now. plz tell me .i am so confuse.

can i do m.tech(in which branch) ?can part time m.tech is right or full time?

To become lecturer in any college or university in India, you need to qualify NET.
NET stands for National Eligibility Test.
It is conducted for recruitment of Assistant Professor and JRF(Junior Research Fellowship).
It is conducted twice in a year.
Any candidate who have completed master degree with more than 55% marks from any recognized university are eligible for NET.
Candidates need to be less than 27 years for JRF while no age restriction for Assistant Professor.

Since, you have completed your Bachelor degree only so, you need to take admission in master degree course then only you can become lecturer.
For admission in M.Tech, you should appear in GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) and if you plan for M.Sc then you should go for JAM(Joint Admission in Masters) for admission in best institute of country.
