After passing 11th and 12th with Physic, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 69% marks.

For Admission in top college you have to qualify the Entrance exam like:-
> I.I.T-J.E.E.
> A.I.E.E.E.
> S.R.M.E.E.E
> D.C.E-C.E.T
etc

Hai Friend,

To become a software Engineer, you must Complete your Engineering in a Top Engineering College.

After Intermediate,To get admission into the Engineering College, you must write the entrance exams like

1) IITJEE

2) AIEEE

3) BITSAT

4) EAMCET.

If you get a good rank in any of the above Exams, then you will get admission into the Top Engineering College.

Remember if you do your engineering in a Reputed and top engineering college, then the Top companies will come to your college and they recruit you.

Opt for Physics, Chemistry and Maths if you want to become a Software Engineer in future.

After completing 10+2 with PCM stream you will be eligible for JEE for admission into Engineering courses. You can opt for Computer Science Engineering stream if you want to become a Software Engineer.

First you should take science stream after your 10th as it provides you with Bi-focal subjects which means you can replace Biology by other subjects like CS(computer science),Electronics,It. If you choose CS then it consist of computer languages like VISUAl BASIC in 11th,C++ and HTML in 12th, so it will help you.After 12th you have to choose CS as your topic of engineering and then you can become Software engineer
