How can I become a Judge or Magistrate?
I'm studying in 3rd year my ultimate aim is a sitting in a judge or magistrate chair. Please tell me that now I'm very interested to know the details for judge. So please help

One can write the State Judicial Law Entrance Exam conducted by the Public Service Commission or the exams carried out by the Law Service Commission to become Judge or Magistrate.
Eligibility criteria : -The candidate should have passed Bachelor's of Law with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. -The candidate possessing the LLM degree can also apply for the post. -The candidate age should be in between 21 years to 35 years. Selection Procedure :- Written exam , Interview. Eligibility criteria for Judge are as under :- -The candidate must be an Indian . -The candidate must possess LLB degree from a recognized university . -The candidate must have practiced as a lawyer in the high court for more than 10 years. -The candidate age must not be less than 45 years. |
