I am in 2nd year engineering in civil branch.
I want to change my college after 2nd year.
the reason is as below:
1.fees of college is to more.
2.college rules & regulations is over strict & become mentally stress .
3.college has take to much time about 10 hr.
4.manegement has canceled my earn & learn due to this I unable to bear this college fees.

so,please give me some proper advice to change college.

No matter what you do please do not consult the college staff. Do not go to the principal of the college and ask about what to do to change the college. The principal has to give you a proper TC, so that you can get admission in some other college. So you just have a discussion with those colleges where you want to take admission in. Go and consult the administrative office about the procedure of getting admission in that college. Take the necessary forms, provide the photocopies of all the mark sheets of your class 10,11,12 results. Submit the draft of the form fee in the respective colleges. Then as soon as your name comes in the final list of selection, apply for a TC in your college.

Basically, it is impossible to change college in btech 2nd year...
if you do so like that , it might effects your educational career also ...

But few things are possible ..

**) Change college belonging to the other branch of your current college ..
**) Some colleges will offers LATERAL
entry by conducting an entrance test ..
you should pass it ...
