To crack CA (Chartered Accountant) Final examination it is necessary for understanding of concepts. First you must aware about the latest syllabus and pattern. When you know the pattern & syllabus of CA final examination then you can start your preparation easily. CA Final examination consists of 8 papers, First 4 papers is a part of Group I and Rest 4 papers is a part of Group II.

Group I:

Paper 1: Financial Reporting (100 Marks)
Paper 2: Strategic Financial Management (100 Marks) (100 Marks)
Paper 3: Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics (100 Marks)

Paper 4: Corporate and Allied Laws (100 Marks)
~~ Section A: Company Law (70 Marks)
~~ Section B: Allied Laws (30 Marks)

Group 2:

Paper 5: Advanced Management Accounting (100 Marks)
Paper 6: Information Systems Control and Audit (100 Marks)
Paper 7: Direct Tax Laws (100 Marks)
Paper 8: Indirect Tax Laws (100 Marks)

Each paper in Final examination will be of 3 hours duration. Each paper is of 100 Marks.
