After graduation you can enroll directly for the post graduation course. The is no upper age limit to enroll. You will eligible to enroll only if you have secured more than or equivalent to 55% aggregate score in graduation. You need to appear for the CLAT exam if you want to join reputed institutes like NLSIU, NLU, NUALS, NALSAR etc. All institutes will generally conduct an entrance exam or accept scores of common entrance exam for admission purpose.

Re: How can I do LLB after graduation? I am 22 years old
Dear..
AS you said you are 22 year old then CLAT exam eligibility is gone for you that means you are not at all eligible to do a graduation course in Law now onward as the course must be done with the below given eligibility which you have already crossed. Eligibility :- 1. Minimum 12th passed 2. 12th must be passed from a recognized board 3. Minimum 55% required 4. Relaxation to reserved category 5. Age limit is 20 Years of Less But as you said that you have done your B,com then you are a graduate and hence you are directly eligible for the post graduation program in LAW. The eligibility is as follows :- Post graduation course is of no age limit There is no entrance exam Marks required depend upon the cut off of the college Hope it will help Cheers...!!! |

Re: How can I do LLB after graduation? I am 22 years old
hi
yes you are eligible of giving the L.lB exam after your graduation also. You need to apply for the common law admission test CLAT. The course duration of ll.b after graduation is 3 years only. for giving the CLAT your age should not be more than 30 years, and as you being a candidate 22 years old you can give the exam. the educational qualification is that you should be having a minimum of 50% marks in your class 12th. A relaxation of 5% is provided to the students belonging to the sc/st category. Gud luck |

Re: How can I do LLB after graduation? I am 22 years old
You can apply for admission after completing the graduation. There are colleges in India that offer direct admission based on the merit for LLB while other universities like DU conducts entrance exam for the same.
After completing graduation you should only apply for the LLB 3 years course. Although it is offered by very few colleges in India these days but still this is the option for you. You should not try to apply for integrated LLB course which has duration of 5 years. For 5 years course include a bachelor degree and LLB course. But since you have already completed or about to complete bachelor degree there is no point of pursuing the integrated LLB course. You should apply for LLB 3 years but through regular mode. It is one of the conditions to become lawyer. The LLB course is only offered through regular mode and the degree offered via correspondence or distance education is not accepted by the Bar Council of India. Which means that you can not practice in the court as lawyer after completing such degree. LLB Eligibility 1. You should have completed any graduation degree. 2. Need to secure 45 percent marks in the graduation. 3. SC and ST need to secure 40 percent to pursue LLB. 4. The upper age of candidate should not cross 30 years. 5. In case of SC/ST admission is offered till 35 years of age. 6. There is no relaxation for OBC candidates. |

Re: How can I do LLB after graduation? I am 22 years old
Hi Friend..................
Generally there is two ways to do the LLB course. First after the 10+2,the eligibility for this is: >>you must have scored at least 50% in 10+2 from any stream. >>your age should not exceed 20 years. >>you have to qualify for the CLAT examinations. >>CLAT stands for common law admission test. >>the duration of this LLB course is five years. after qualifying this examination with good marks ,you are eligible to get admission in good colleges which offers this course. Second is doing LLB after graduation. >>the duration for this LLB is only 3 years. >>grdauation in any stream from a recognised university in any stream. Syllabus for entrance examination >>logical reasoning >>general awareness >>aptitude test >>communication skills. |
