How can I get admission in Ph.D in foreign countries after completing M.Sc?


sir, this is meesala krishna murthy. i completed my b.sc with biotechnology,biochemistryand microbiology. now im continue my m.sc final semester in biotechnology. after completion of my m.sc i want to do ph.d in biotechnology abbroadly. idonot know how to admitt in UGC recognized universities. and also want to know about stifund in various universities.

I got 72%mrks in m/tech.,sis,cn i get a job in usa
