I m veer from uttar pradesh, India. i have completed my MSc program in cognitive science and now i want to do phd in cognitive disorders/ psychology. so i dont know what is the procedure or what are the requirements for admission in germany / europe. i heard from someone that there is no need of GRE and TOEFL scores in these countries. please suggest me something , i got 6.7/9.0 in my MSc. i know my GPA is low but is their any chance for me to get admission in these countries with low GPA.
if there is no way to get admission in these countries with this low GPA then what should i do in order to get admission .can u suggest me some alternative option
