How can i get admission in PhD. in universities other than TGOU, Nagaland after M.Sc in Mental Health?
i have completed my msc mental health fron tgou nagaland . can i do phd from any other uni in india except tgou nagaland.

I have completed my Msc[ metal health] from tgou nagaland i is this course recognised y ugc, ca i do phd from any other university on the basis of msc metal health .
