How can I get B.Tech seat in MIT?

Dear Sir,
I appeared for the manipal enat test on 4th may 2013 and i managed to secure 111/240 in the entrance test and my rank is 8481. I would like to know if i could get a btech seat in mit for the branch me/ee/ec/ce, else in any other branch.
