How can I get my date of birth corrected in WBBSE and WBBHSE registration certificates?
My date of birth is 16.9.1999 but my W.B.B.S.E and W.B.B.H.S.E registrations certificate date of birth is 16.1.1999. So experts please do tell me that what can I do to change this?

My birth certificate date is 3/11/1988 but my school certificate birth date is 3/11/1989 it is possible to change it
