how can i get summer internship in gale ,ntpc,mathura refinery as chemical engineering student??

how can i get a good internship ?I am a student of chemical engineering.

My son is in B.Tech 2nd year (Petroleum). Shall appreciate if you could pls let me know the procedure for summer training in ONGC, IOC or Mathura Refinery.
