CDS stands for Combined Defence Service and this Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission . This Examination is held every twice in a year. Academic Qualification for (Army / Officer Training Academy)

• The Aspirant should Complete Bachelor degree Course in any discipline from recognized University .
• Any stream candidates are eligible to apply for this and Army Academy .
• Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination .
• Pass Marks is enough to apply for this Examination .

For Army Academy :- The Aspirant age should be Not Less than 19 years and Not More than 24 years .

Physical Eligibility For Indian Army - A candidate should be physically and mentally fit.

1. Eye Sight = 6/6, Height
2. Height = 167 cms,
3. Weight: 50 Kg
4. Chest: 77 cm (Normal) / 82 cm (Expanding)

Being a 19 years candidate you can Join in Indian Army Academy through CDS Entrance Examination, But you should complete graduation in order to participate in CDS Entrance Examination. Here, you didn't mention your qualification. So, If your completed Graduation course then you're definitely eligible for CDS Entrance Examination.

Nationality:- Applicant should be citizen of India.
Academic Qualification:- Applicant should be complete Graduation course in any discipline from recognized university.
Age limit:- Applicant age should be minimum 19 years to 24 years and no relaxation for any category candidates.
Physical Standard:- Applicant age should be physically as well as medically fit for CDS Entrance Exam
Marital Status:- Applicant should Unmarried Male candidate.

Eye sight Criteria:-

Uncorrected without glass = 6/12
Corrected with glass =6/6
Limits of myopia =3.5
Limits of Hypermetropia= +2.5
Limits of Colour Perception I
Binocular vision = III

So, If you satisfy the above criteria then you have chance to Join in Indian Army through CDS Entrance Examination.
