Due to high salary and interesting work profile marine engineering is opted by many students now. Marine engineering basically is meant for research conducted in oceans and coastal or inland waters connected to the sea.

There are a lot of career opportunities in this field. Opportunities exist for marine engineers, ocean engineers and naval architects in the private, educational, corporate, and governmental sectors.

For admission in a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as biology, maths and chemistry.You can give JEE mains to take admission in this course from any reputed engineering college.
