How can the registration be done for UPSC exam?

i want to be give exam of UPSC but i do not know how to registration can be made for this

In order to register for any examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission, there are basically two options available.

Apply online through www.upsconline.nic.in
Apply through offline application form available at your nearest head post offices.

The application form for any particular exam is made available both online and offline on the same date as notified by the commission.
