How to do B.Tech in electrical after passing B.A with MDSU Rajasthan


Dear sir,
i have passed B.A. with MDSU Rajasthan in 2000-01 and 12th with electronics (Vocational Edu). Now i want to do b tech in electrical so please help me what will be the admission process & Fee structure for IGNOU. Which educational centre is near to Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Hi my self Pratul Dutt and i complete my graduation from B.A side ,and my 12th based on Art. Side and i just want to know can i do B.tech , ITI from Electrical or polo technical .
