The full form of IGNOU is Indira Gandhi National Open University.

IGNOU is approved by UGC and DEC and it does not offer Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course.

You should apply for State Level Diploma entrance exam of your state to get admission in your AICTE approved technical college of state. Admission is offered on basis of marks in entrance exam.
