How to do Ph.D or M.Phil after scoring 54.4% marks in M.A?
hello,,,,,,,,,,,,,i have gotten 54.4% marks in m.a.i want to do ph.d or m.phil......is there any university that allows me these courses............and also can i appear in net....................

To do phd or mphil you need to apply for this and you have to check when the forms will be available and the universities provided this are :
Punjab University,Chandigarh Punjabi University,Patiala. |
