hi,
in order to become an electrical engineer you need to complete B.E/B.Tech from some recognized technical university. For getting admission into any Graduation course of engineering you need to be 10+2 pass or equivalent.
So if you want to become an electrical engineer you should first complete your 10+2 and then sought for admission in B.E/B.tech course of ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING in some recognized university.

best of luck.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
