Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre is named after the Dr. Vikram Sarabhai, who was a famous Indian scientist. The space centre was estbalished on November 21, 1963 under Indian federal government. The headquarter of the space centre is located at Trivandrum, Kerala. Indian Space Research Organisation is the parent agency of the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre. The centre is responsible for focusing on rocket and space vehicles for the satellite programme of the country. Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre is considered as the largest of ISRO facilities.
Job Profile:
Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Engineer in the field of Civil and Electrical Engineering in the Department of Space in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre.
Eligibility:
Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age for applying for the posts of Engineer.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. or B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering with atleast 65% marks in aggregate is required for the post of Engineer in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre.

Pay Scale:
Engineer (Civil): Consolidated salary of Rs. 25000 per month.
Engineer (Electrical): Consolidated salary of Rs. 25000 per month.
