How to get admission in Aeronautical Engineering in IIST in 2nd year?


i want to get admission in aeronautical engineering in iist in 2nd year since i am already enrolled in an institute and i am in 1st year and want to leave the institute, is it possible to join the proposed institute by fulfilling any formality, please help!
