hi
I’m sorry but you cannot get admission in the ll.b course because the minimum percentage required for appearing in the examination is 50 percentage. And as you are having 49% marks, you are not eligible.

There is nothing to worry about for you regarding taking admission for the LLB course. You are meeting the criteria to apply for the LLB course and after completing it you will be lawyer.

The LLB course has duration of 3 years. You should only apply for the LLB course and not the integrated LLB course. The integrated LLB course is for the students who have completed 12th standard. On merits there is no difference between the two courses.

Another thing to remember is that you should not apply for the LLB course through correspondence. Your degree will not be accepted if you did so. The Bar Council of India only accepts law degree from regular mode.

Eligibility

1. Anyone who has completed graduation can apply for LLB.

2. But must meet minimum percentage of 45 percent marks.

3. SC/ST should meet 40 percent marks criteria.

4. The age limit is 30 years for students to apply for LLB.

5. Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST.

6. No relaxation is given to OBC.
