I have completed my 3 years commerce (Hons.) degree from Calcutta University in 1996 . I have got 44.5% marks. I am an O.B.C . My date of birth is 28.11.1975. Am I eligible for LLB 3 years course from any university affiliated under Bar Council of India ? Thanks with regard Amal Nath.

You are not eligible for CLAT exam because of your age is over 20 years.

CLAT is stands for Common Law Admission test. This exam is conducted for admission for LLB & LLM courses.

If you have completed 12th standard with any stream from a recognized board with above 50% marks then you are eligible to attend in CLAT exam for admission in Under graduate course.

Your age should be below 20 years old.
